Please, note that the inclusion of the paper presentation in the conference program and the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings are subject to the registration and payment of at least one of the authors.
Due to the evolution of the sanitary situation, the following fees and procedures apply:
- Only one registration fee is available: 150€, including the presentation of one paper and the reception of one printed Springer Volume (in 2021)
- For each paper, at least one payment must be registered
- Registration management: Please login on this website with a sciencesconf account and choose the "Register" link in the menu. A registration confirmation will be sent in the following days.
- Once the confirmation received, payments can be done in two ways:
- By bank transfer to the SAGIP association (SAGIP IBAN), indicating the order number indicated in the confirmation email
- For french universities, by administrative orders to the SAGIP. Please contact sohoma2020@sciencesconf.org to obtain the administrative data to register SAGIP in your system.

Extra costs
– Over-length page fee: 50 € per page in excess of the 12-page allowance
What is covered by the fee?
Regular (academic staff) and Company registrants: the registration fee includes access to SOHOMA 2020 technical sessions, Springer Book Proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches and Gala dinner.
Ph.D. Student registrants: If at the time of registration the registrant is a Ph.D. student at a certified academic institution, she/he may register at student rate. The registrant will be required to provide evidence of full-time Ph.D. student status. This registration fee includes access to SOHOMA 2020 technical sessions, Springer Book Proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches and Gala dinner.
